All you commuters out there check out www.strava.com I think you can load the app on your mobile and it uses your GPS or you can just upload your rides from your Garmin etc.

Super addictive little web app as people create little segments all over the place for Sprints or Climbs and then using your data sticks you into the leaderboard for that section of the ride, it certainly has livened up my commute as I keep remembering segments and then proper going for it to try and top the leaderboard!
