I can’t believe the owner of the vehicle doesn’t know who was driving FFS. So, ‘the owner’ just let 3 or 4 dodgy looking, Vinnie Jones wannabys take his car for a ride?
I suspect ‘the owner’ just pleaded the 5th when the BIB knocked on his door.

It's a pretty narrow road at the best of time going through the village, speed bumps etc. Even without a cyclist in front, it's hard enough driving at 20mph.

I got to say that behaviour by the motorist is appalling and the Police really need to act. The comments on the Es article are unbelievable too.

there is a video, clearly showing the mans face and the registration number of the car.Clearly the police can't be bothered,

when it comes to speed cameras, if the owner doesn't name the driver then the owner gets prosicuted.
