importing a bike to south africa

Hey guys nice to finally see some saffas on this website. Just to let those of you who are interested that a mate of mine knows someone who sent a bike back home to south africa and he took the front wheel of the bike off first and he was excempt from paying any taxes or vat or any other charges, He has a contact there that works for a shipping company and im hopeing on finding out myself if there are any ways of doing the same with a car. I will try let those of you know what I find out

Sounds great,
2 of my nephews have each bought a 1996 and a 1995 Toyota MR2 each.

They are looking into finding a shipping / exporters company that will get there car's to South Africa.
They actually live in Cape town, and have been here on the 2 year working / holiday.
Any leads will really be appreciated.
