decent transport company - from UK to S.A

Hi all - I'd like send some heavy things (crockery set) back to family in S.A. I was hoping someone had some names of decent firms that wouldn't charge the earth but more importantly, that would get the things there and intact.

A friend recommended S.A removals. Anyone heard of them?
