Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone bettered Justin Law's time of 45.10 in the Silk Cut Jag on Saturday?

Cheers,

Great, we saw him do a 44.86 on Sunday morning and he sounded shattered afterwards. What a great guy.

Missed it as it was so fast, but also had major problems catching the Celica on camera for the same reasons......... FoS was made for men like Rod Millen smile

Glad to here Mr Reid didn't beat him in the FW07 :-). What a cracking drive that must have been . His Saturday effort (seemed to) have the entire crowd cheering!

The timed runs on Sunday were great - first time I've been on that day. I was working with the TV crew and everyone looked forward to Justin's runs.

And of course Grant Williams in the Jag thumbup

Unfortunately I was unable to go to the FOS this year, did Grant Williams entertain as usual then?

I watched it on ITV and they said that the current F1 cars are not timed anymore. Why is this?

Is Bernie and Co worried that older machinery is faster than an F1 car these days?

I believe it was more after Heidfelds run in the McLaren a few years ago that they decided they (the modern F1 cars) might be trying a touch too hard for the safety barriers made of straw bales...
