FoS Convoy from Yorkshire

Evening all, Just booked my FoS tickets and campsite (red house farm, chichester) and was wondering if there was any kind of convoy leaving from yorkshire on the thursday, or any meets planned on the way down.

What's your planned route? We're heading down Thursday afternoon and happy to join up somewhere along the way (albeit the last leg of the route).

The pencilled in route is Stafford to Bristol on the motorways then A & B roads pretty much as the crow flies to Goodwood (leaving Bristol at 4pm).

We're planning on stopping for a pint & food somewhere near Winchester. Currently there's just an Elise and a MGZR with potentially another couple of Elises + support vehicles.

We were planning the direct route down, straight down the M1, as M6 can be a nightmare, but the M1 route involves a stint on the M25, which i'd like to avoid.

But a stop in bristol maybe a bit far off our route.

Are you camping or have you got an hotel booked?

Josh, we are running down from Notts, suggest you dont do the M1 M25 route - aim for Oxford then the A34 all the way down to pick up the A272 across

Either Jnc 15a from the M1 past silverstone or the M42 - M40 (thats the way we are going)

leaving Notts at 1pm...
