FOS - how to book a sit down lunch? Lemans Cafe etc

Last year I saw a few nice sit down cafe's/restaurants dotted around FOS, Porsche Lemans Cafe being one of them.

We are taking some clients, so would like a table booking to sit and chat over lunch, rather than queue for a burger in a box and stand and eat it.

Cant seem to find any way of booking anything though, any pointers?

There would be 15 of us, so turning up and hoping for the best is unlikely to work.
