Can you book them early? I've never bothered doing them, but was under the impression that you book them at the stand on the day?

I think the drifting is just a huge queue isn’t it?

Thanks for the reply , I've never normally bothered my daughter was pretty keen last year so thought I'd look into it..
Honestly I wasn't too sure how it works you might be right , thought I'd read somewhere it was pre booked , which could actually mean , pre book on the day - thanks again 👍

Really didn't fancy the long queue - pay the money to look at everything and feel like you spend half your day in one queue - maybe wishful thinking that you could book ! :0)

If I remember correctly I pre booked this for me and my son on the JLR website last year and slots were released a couple of days before the event - same as for the Discovery off road thingy.

It was good fun but not worth queuing ages for.

I think you are probably too late for this year, the bookings went live earlier this week.

That's what I didn't know , I know for the 4x4 defender experience, there are a few places left , ,http://Landover.co.uk/gfos.html
Managed to Google that one , still not sure how you know the release dates - could possibly be the same link every year , though as long as they continue to do it ..

I’m not sure that Goodwood have anything to do with sending out a link for this, the booking page is on the JLR website, I only found out about it as there was reference to it on Facebook, same as the SKY VIP booking page for access to their viewing area, most years I’ve not bothered with either, this year I made the effort to watch out for any information / the pages going live.

Goodwood send the link to GRRC members but it went live before hand and a member found it and shared on FB.

I went from the (members) link on the GRRC FB page when I booked, not sure if the OP is a Full Member / Fellowship, or not at all, and I can't remember if I've ever seen the link on the main Goodwood website, it's normally booked up quickly, so this year I made the effort to be part of the noise it makes for 5 minutes as a passenger, rather than suffer it as a spectator smile
