I know it all hinges very much on the decision on the 21st June however it seems like it's all still planning to go ahead...so far.

I'm sure there will also be either a flurry of accommodation bookings or cancellations depending on 6/21 and I predict it's going to be a much quieter affair than previous years given the large number of overseas visitors that normally attend.

Either way, I've got Thursday tickets and I'm rather looking forward to it.

Who else is still planning to go?

Thursday tickets for me, just read the GSA email as well so that looks like something else to fit into the day

Took a punt. Useful anti-sunburnt item on the day, or future collectible from a cancelled event. biggrin

Definitely going. Pretty sure it’s going to be given the go ahead if not by the 21st then just before the 10th July. Although I think 21st is looking good as they are watching hospital numbers and those aren’t going up. Also those going in haven’t had the vaccine and aren’t as severe or staying there as long. Either way it looks like we are past the worst of it now and can look forward to getting back to some normality starting with FoS!

Yep, all 4 days if it goes ahead. It’s the one thing me and my lad do together every year.

Accomodation all booked, even though i had to book two seperate places this year so moving after the thurs night.

The website is still selling tickets, where available so they’ve got a certain amount of confidence I imagine.

I saw that the signs are starting to go up for it on my way to the Breakfast club a few days ago.

I have tickets for the Thursday and the Saturday.

My fingers cannot be crossed any harder!

Planning to be there for all 4 days (everything crossed it goes ahead)
Tickets rolled over from last year but haven't received them yet (received the camp site ones though!)

Like others have said, guess we are waiting on the news on the 14th!

Have my freebie Thurs tickets and will go do the usual day. If it’s delayed and moved then plan to go when it’s delayed till, but if I can’t go then no biggie. The tickets are free and it’s only the FOS, not the MM or Revival !

With every annual subscription of £260 or whatever it was this year. ;-)

Agreed though, I don't buy tickets to the FOS any more, I prefer a relaxed Thursday on the house and save the tickets for the MM and Revival.

I think last Sundays GRRC Breakfast club was worth the Membership fee this year laugh

Remember the days when Friday tickets were free as long as you bought The Times on a certain date a few weeks before the event, happy days!

I'm going for the 1st time this year on the Sunday, just wondering what's the best option for parking ?

Follow the signs, park where they ask you to, walk into the Festival... not sure there are many options... approaching from a different direction gets you into a different car park but not sure that's any advantage as they are all much of a muchness in my opinion.
