Trying to buy tickets.
Bought the 3 day pass, now on to the grandstand.

The usual Woodcote seat map is not there. No way to choose seats.
Only choice is Blocks 1,2,3, what is this, a prison?

Not even a diagram showing the location of the blocks.

And having bought the 3-day pass and perhaps bought the grandstand tickets, there's no way to go back in the website and book the parking.. Perhaps I was supposed to do everything in one shot from the front screen...?.

Phoned the box office, had to leave a message.

Not impressed.

Anyone know how this is supposed to work?

I couldn't see a way of adding members paddock passes either, so have emailed regarding that and await a response.

OK, so if you hover over the grandstand it shows where the Blocks are.
Block 3 is nearer the startline. But no way to select seats.

Edit... in the Basket you can see which seats have been allocated. Rows A and B, right at the front, so if it rains you get soaked. Basically, what they're doing is dishing out the bum seats that no one wanted.

I managed to book Friday parking, but very fiddly to go back and book Saturday and Sunday. Given that I bought the three-day ticket, this is really clunky.

Suppose I'll have to telephone another day to sort that out.

Whoever redesigned the website did a poor job.

I'm guessing they can't offer seat selection until nearer the date when they have a better idea of the needs regarding the Covid situation. It could well be that they have to space seats by 2 metres if things haven't improved significantly. If the seating is available at all.

I assumed grandstands would all be sold out from people rolling over from last year ?

Some are ( all are sold out for the MM in May ) it’s still 4 months away, so no one knows what the score is going to be yet.
