Weather at MM

So, looks like the warmest event it’s been for some years, less of a need to layer up.
Is it going to be freezing out at St Mary’s?!

It’s cold from the wind chill out at st Mary’s.

Bit of a mixed bag, today. Chilly this morning, with a coat, scarf and thin woolly hat. Brightened up a little bit, but quite overcast, jacket and hat off. Bursts of sun and warmth, but with a keen wind making it occasionally quite chilly, especially after 4pm

Well I had long johns on which I removed by 11am due to the lovely sunshine. I was out by St Mary’s and finally left the circuit at 21:30. It got cold about 18:00.

Well right now it’s properly warm and sunny

The 25% or so of folk who followed the usual dress code are all rather warm.

Everybody else seems to be wearing whatever they like.

And yes I know that makes me sound like a bit of a curmudgeon

Yesterday I followed the dress code as per other years today I went crazy and chucked on some warmer trousers “jeans” I am now regretting my decision.
