provisional F1 dates:
30th June – Austrian Grand Prix, Spielberg
14th July – British Grand Prix, Silverstone
28th July – German Grand Prix, Hockenheim
anyone have an informed opinion when FoS could fit in, July 5-7 or 19-21??
it's provisional i know, but i'm going to have to gamble on dates and cross fingers!

It's a bit confusing. The Goodwood website https://www.goodwood.com/grrc/event-coverage/festi... says:
"Tickets for the general public go on sale November 5th, although by signing up to the GRRC Fellowship you can beat the crowds and secure your tickets one week early."
One week before 5th November is 29th October.
My guess is that it means:
Saturday 27th October: GRRC members
Monday 29th October: Fellowship members
Monday 5th November: Public

I reckon you’ll need a couple of days as you’ll want to wander around looking at the cars in the paddocks, and watch what’s on the Hill. You can’t do both at the same time. I always buy a grandstand seat too, as it’s good to have somewhere to sit and watch over the head of the crowds. The grandstand tickets are “roving” so you’re not tied to a particular stand
We did 4 days with camping, expecting it to be too much. But neither Swmbo nor I got bored, and when we watched coverage on TV realised we’d missed some stuff too!
Take some good shoes as there’s a lot of walking. Plus I’d recommend taking sandwiches in too as the food is (1) low quality (2) high price and (3) big queues at peak times.
But it is a brilliant event, we will be back in 2020 (FOS one year, Revival the next year, one year off, then FOS etc)
