Camping recommendations in or around goodwood

This year i'll be attending goodwood again, went last year with 3 friends so we split the £180 for the camping which wasn't bad however i'm going alone this year & have taken the back seats out of my very old land rover discovery & have a bed in the back.

I plan to sleep in there throughout the weekend however can't justify paying £180 to do that so am wondering what my best option would be in other members opinions.

Could try cross lands farm in barnham or prince of wales in woodgate both about 6 miles from fos

The Anglesey arms, probably booked by now,but your only a car size!
I often see the odd camper in the car parks, not sure if security check in the evening.

Ended up paying the £180 in the end as most camp sites nearby were booked when I rung them...It's one on once a year I guess
