Supercar Sunday Breakfast Club
Discussion
I have got my ticket for the event.
it may possibly a nightmare. IIFF the weather is good, I can see it being a nightmare. Because people may possibly realise they need a free ticket. But I am not pre-judging anything.
It will be interesting to see what will happen. As people (as in the general public who do not go to Goodwood events regularly etc), might not realise they have to drive to the Horses and get the bus down....
Please this is all done as IF, BUTS and MAYBES.......

The tickets are now on sale for this years Goodwood Supercar Sunday Breakfast Club! I have just got mine. Over the past few years the selection of cars has been incredible! Looks like it is going to be another very busy one. Last year it was very very busy with people and cars.
For sale you say? How much I ask? Ian Wegg said:
Tickets are free but you have to go through the ordering process. You get sent an email which you print off and take with you, it admits 2 adults.
Which reminds me, I ordered mine a few days ago but haven't had the email yet.

Check your Junk mail folder. The confirmation email comes out very quickly. Which reminds me, I ordered mine a few days ago but haven't had the email yet.

Sorted mine & i'm refusing to tell people about the tickets being available nor that it's on.....
I really hope it's not busy & that most people can't be bothered to come....
Sounds like a fun event, hope you get your wish with a handful of cars and just you walking around.I really hope it's not busy & that most people can't be bothered to come....
We are kind of going to have to expect the large amount of young kids who see a nice car and start following it around all the way until it parked up. It was chaos last year at Blenheim Palace Classic And Supercar. A Veyron WRE turned up and by the time it had parked up about 30+ people were following it filming. If everybody stood back and let it drive past them they would get a better view of it plus it would mean that the photos have slightly less people in the background... Rant over lol

Let's hope for Dry Weather! According to the forecast it's yet another WET one!
this worries me as yet again the fields may be an issue when it comes to public parking!
Wonder if it will be cancelled?
The reason for the new shuttle bus service from the Racecourse is to allow the breakfast club events to go ahead, even when the fields are wet. This should help to ensure that we do not get cancellations like last year.this worries me as yet again the fields may be an issue when it comes to public parking!
Wonder if it will be cancelled?

But it is the British weather we are working with here.......and it has snowed for the Supercar breakfast club before (but it was earlier in the year).

Think your question is answered here:https://www.goodwood.com/sports/motorsport/breakfa...
I quote:
"On arrival at Breakfast Club please follow the yellow event signs to get to the nearest public car park. All car parks are free. You will be directed by marshals, please follow their instructions closely and drive with due care and respect for other visitors and local residents.
After the cancellation of both Japanese Sunday and Vee-Power Sunday in 2017, we have put in place a new for 2018 wet ground parking plan to ensure our customers have an enjoyable and risk-free experience. In the event of waterlogged car parks, Breakfast Club guests will be directed to car parks 8 & 9 at Goodwood Racecourse, which is only a couple of minutes up the road and then taken directly to the event via shuttle buses free of charge.
*Please note; you will be notified whether we will run wet or dry surface parking in the pre-event email sent the day before the event."
