right behind the Supercars I rate the Hot Hatch as a great theme, usually a really interesting selection on display which keeps me wandering longer than I should. Here is hoping for a beautiful bright and sunny day on the South Coast with not a hint of wind or rain...
+1And as far as earlier comments about 'Chav Fest' go, the vast majority of attendees at Goodwood on Sunday 6th November will, no doubt, be car enthusiasts, just like any other Breakfast Club. Not everyone can drive exotic, rare, vintage or expensive machines.

Agreed however as in previous years the criteria seemed to be:And as far as earlier comments about 'Chav Fest' go, the vast majority of attendees at Goodwood on Sunday 6th November will, no doubt, be car enthusiasts, just like any other Breakfast Club. Shopping list on side of car
Purchased items from ripspeed
Purchased multiple items of VXR merchandise.
Don't get me wrong there are some real hidden gems on show, and I've also applied to show my car but the theme certainly attracts a certain demographic of car enthusiast.

Mrs9 gave me one of my anniversary presents last night... She entered my 990 miles Clio V6 and it was accepted for display
Now I just need to get a detailer on short notice... Because I'm lazy!
Be nice to meet up for the first time in 15-ish years!

Don't be sad; you can buy a 172, that's probably more fun and just as quick, for £1k!Of course, you can't stand and stare at the beauty that is the Phase 1 V6 and marvel at the ridiculousness of it!
To be fair, I've had a trackday 172, 2 x Clio Williams, V8 BMW and a Fiat 500 in the interim so adding 50% more miles since I bought it last year isn't terrible!
