FOS- Thursday Free Tickets
Discussion
There used to be a lot of different offers around. As well as free Moving Motorshow tickets the local papers used to give away a free Friday ticket to FoS and Revival for every Saturday or Sunday ticket bought. I used to always go for that as it was cheaper than a weekend ticket with GRRC discount. In previous years there was some trading in the coupons in these forums.
As the events are sold out well ahead of time now all these deals have gone for good I'm afraid.
GRRC members are entitled to two free Thursday tickets (if they can work out how to claim them!) Sorry I'm using mine.

I thought it was quite straight forward? Pop in the ticket office and ask, phone and ask or buy online and it attaches a discount at checkout? As the events are sold out well ahead of time now all these deals have gone for good I'm afraid.

Greedy-Goodwood giving something for FREE! What planet you on?
Year by year GG have even cut back on press ticket allocations, cutting out local media & charitable organisations in order to suck up to those who can line GG coffers the most.
And have you seen the Revival prices? £50 for the Friday for crying out loud.
These days other grand estates & circuits have caught up with GG & offer better deals with just as much excitement & interest.

You're more than welcome to take your business elsewhere. The estate certainly won't find any difficulty in filling your ticket space. Personally I think £50 is a fair price when you consider other events like reading festival or Glastonbury

just ignore the obvious troll people... he was here last year spouting the same stuff....
Ah I remember the miserable sod moaning about the free spitfire event! A shame he could attend when I couldn't. Maybe I should moan about the fact Lord March didn't run it on a date to please me! He's got a bit of point though.
£32 for the moving motor show ??? I've been to the last two Thursdays on free tickets and while its an enjoyable day out .... I wouldn't pay much. Not a lot happens, just a bunch of stands from car manufacturers, a few ordinary cars going up the road, some nice static cars and expensive food stalls. Much less interesting I'd say than say Italia day at Brooklands thats coming up (£12.10)
... but supply and demand prevails, so while there's plenty of people willing to spend on £32 for the thursday there will be no free/discounted tickets.
I'm putting the £32 to my next car!
