I'm trying to find out more info about this as I'm now in the UK this year for Christmas but the site just says "Sorry, but you do not have permission to view this content." even after putting in my membership info. Is anyone else going?

Mine was doing that to be fair Internet and Goodwood is shocking they should sack their IT department take the website offline for a month and then start again.

Come and celebrate the festive season with us at a black tie event hosted by Lord March in the magnificent State Apartments of Goodwood House. A Champagne reception, superb dinner, live band and – of course – the Goodwood speciality of a spectacular fireworks display set to music are all part of these special evenings.

The celebrations will follow the same format as in previous years, with both evenings commencing at 19:00hrs and carriages at 01:00hrs. Enjoy a wonderful Champagne reception in the Hall, exquisite dining in the State Apartments, a magnificent fireworks display set to music and a fantastic live band.

The dress code is black tie and table plans will be based on tables of 10 or 12 on your preferred date. If there are other members you wish to be seated with please state this on the booking form. Whilst we will make every effort to arrange this for you, we cannot guarantee it in all cases. Single bookings are also very welcome, and we will endeavour to place you next to other single bookings or small groups. Tickets can be purchased via the GRRC – Thursday tickets will be £115, while the Friday tickets will be £145 per person

I wanted to go but dont think I'll make it with work.

Ah, thanks a million! I'll give them a call in the morning and just book tickets directly.
