Goodwood revival Friday - any good?
Discussion
New to the forums and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the revival was like on Fridays?
I went last year and loved it and wanted to take my dad this year but only just realised the Friday schedule is different to the weekend days which I went to. Are all the cars and planes still on show? And I understand there's not really any racing but are there cars regularly on track?
Just worried it won't match up to my experience last year! Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

Everything is set-up, the planes are on display in the aero section, the entertainment will be in full swing and all the cars will run at some stage for qualification. There is a single race at the end of the day which runs into twilight. I tend to use Friday as my "looking round" day and I suppose if I was taking someone for a first time I'd opt for Saturday or Sunday, that said if he's into historic cars the experience will still be first class.
Great, thanks a lot. As long as the cars are on track I'll be happy, he won't realise they're not racing I don't think haha.
So just to clarify everyone has their cars out in their bays etc? He's madly into his classic cars so as long as he can see them all and look around them he'll be happy.
