Weather/car parking....?

The weather in the home counties this afternoon has been awful, lots of heavy downpours, standing water and the odd localised flood - given that the weather system traveled up from the South can anyone confirm the state of the Goodwood public car parks?

In previous years 10 mins of rain has turned the car parks into quagmire - just want to know if that is already the case this year?
