Last Breakie Club of the year and a damn fine way to go out.
Brilliantly organised weather and some really lovely cars.

Can't help think the bacon roll at £4.50 and a cup of tea at £2 is starting to get a bit steep.
Might have me muesli before I go next year.

Or regard it as £6.50 to get into one hell of a great car show. Cheap I'd say.

You make a very fair point.

First breakfast club I've been too and both myself and my mate thought it was an awesome morning. Both surprised at how Goodwood can put on such events for free.

I agree about the price of the food subsidising the event, but I'd pay an extra 50p for one more rasher of bacon in one of those big baps they use. They meat to bread ratio was a little on the poor side.

That was a busy one, but with the sun in the sky, warm weather and lots of Italian cars and bikes to look at, a great way to spend a Sunday morning. smile

I think that was possibly one of the best Breakfast clubs I've been to (and I've been going since they started). A fantastic drive along empty roads with the sun blasting through the residual mist, seeing and convoying with a great variety of cars and then having a great morning just wandering around and taking it all in. Perhaps a touch busy but the variety was superb - only lacking a Zonda in my view!

Here are some pics, although much better have been posted already. Sunshine made taking decent pics very tricky. Loved seeing so many F40s and 8Cs, and also a couple of early Diablos.

Not sure what was Italian about this!

Bacon roll £4.50 3 rashers
Egg & bacon £5 2 rashers + 1 over cooked egg
West Sussex must produce the most expensive eggs in the world at that rate.

However.... My first Breakfast club as well, bring on the line-up for next years events

Yes, just as I got to it someone was saying "why's it got a Chevrolet badge?", to which I replied "cos it's a fake". If you're going put that kind of money into a replica (because it probably wasn't cheap), why not do the job properly. All the bodywork add-ons (wheel arch extensions, sills, wing, etc.) were just plain wrong.

That is the white car?
I took a photo of that but didn't realise what it was even though I can now see the Chevy badge. I did think it looked a bit off but then it is a Lambo and I don't know them so well. I think I will leave it on my page though. As you say, someone has still put a lot of effort into it.
