really hope the weather does not do what it's currently threatening... going to ruin the weekend...

The air displays will be buggered, but you'd be surprised how little anything else will be affected by a bit of precipitation.

was thinking more about how unappealing standing in the pooring was is tbh.

Agree entirely wellies "period" or not are likely to be the enviable attire going by ongoing forecast I'm watching.!!!

If anything it makes the racing far better. The 2011 RAC TT was epic in the wet. The Shelby Daytona Coupe was sideways on full throttle all the way up the pit straight. Brundle was also sideways and flat out everywhere in 250 GTO !

I was about to write the same thing about the daytona coupe on the start of the Lavant straight, made up for the rain on it's own.

The RAC TT was STUNNING in the wet......

Now look at the Friday and Saturday weather. It's not looking so good at present, although we are still a few days out, it could still be okay, and LM does seem to have an uncanny knack of getting good weather (most times) hehethumbup.

If we get 3 days of rain hopefully it will put off people coming the following year, its getting way to oversold for me.
