Can't get through on phone to Goodwood?

I have a receipt and order number for a camping pitch ordered a few weeks back but no tickets - when i phone G/W on 01243 755055 it says not accepting calls at the moment?

anyone else waiting for camping tickets?

Yes, also waiting for camping and entry tickets. Getting a bit worried now as ordered them first week of April.

This has just come up on Facebook from Goodwood :-

"Our phone lines are down for incoming calls at the moment, but if you would like to book tickets over the phone please email [e-mail] with your name and phone number and we can call you back to process your order. We appriciate your patience while we get this issue sorted."
