Trouble ordering FOS tickets?

I've tried about 8 times to order a couple of Friday FOS tickets.

It gets to the billing address and card type confirmation screen, then when you click confirm order it goes back to the start. Very irritating!!

Anybody else having problems, or just me?

If you look on the lefthandside of that screen, make sure you have chosen all of the dropdowns (delivery address, billing address etc). Also, make sure all of your address details are there, including country.
If that still doesn't work - clear your cache, as you may still have tickets in your basket from your previous attempts, which could be causing the loop.
If that doesnt work either - call the Ticket Office on: 01243 755055. They are open 7 days a week. Ticket prices are the same over the phone as online.

Same happened to me last week, I lost count how many attempts we had.
Tried again in the morning and was ok.
