Popped in at goodwood today Many supercars on show inculding the new ferrari F12 and this rather intresting car being put away at the end of play !

No engine or gearbox in this P1 although it will be a 'runner' at some point !

Good find. I doubt it's small than the MP4-12C as its the same tub is it not?

do not think so, as i understand the tub is a revolutionary new carbon fibre MonoCage monocoque which forms a complete structure incorporating the vehicle’s roof and its distinctive snorkel air intake .

I was working at the circuit today and spent quite a bit of time with the chaps from McLaren.. Essentially it's the same tub with a few mods.. Basic dimensions are the same as mp4. I agree it looks smaller though and it's definitely smaller than la Ferrari. J

That was a stroke of luck stumbling onto that smile

I agree it looks smaller but perhaps if there was an MP4 there for comparison it would actually be the same size. Regardless of size, it looks a superb, better than the MP4.

Gutted i didn't pop down yesterday, was going to as well.......
