I've got a Peugeot 206cc and my partner and I are taking it to soft top Sunday next month. I was just wondering if my Pug will be there alone or if any other ladies will be taking their Pug?
I doubt you will alone in a 206cc but if you are all the better for attracting attention.Welcome to the madhouse
The trick is to arrive early and avoid any queues to get in. Also keep an eye out in the forums for "convoy" threads as these can be a fun way to meet folks and arrive enmasse at the event.

How busy is it when its busy?
Ive been invited to the grid and it says aim for 8:00 am. The last couple ive been to ive turned up about 9:00 - 9:30 and pulled into the carppark without any queues.
STS and SCS are by far the busiest, especially if the weather looks warm.Ive been invited to the grid and it says aim for 8:00 am. The last couple ive been to ive turned up about 9:00 - 9:30 and pulled into the carppark without any queues.
I've heard of cray long queues but have always been parked in and breakfast eaten by 8am.
I also have a special 'Golden' ticket (invite) for the grid
The two events so far in 2013 have been relatively quiet, especially the Sushi Breakfast. But last year the Soft Top Sunday was manic. We were queued just off the Chichester bypass at 7.50am. A decent forecast for Sunday morning will give people the incentive to go. The last couple were artic cold.

Sushi Breakfast was busy. I arrived at 7:55 and the paddock and grid were already full.
Sushi was still buzzing but the cars barely filled the start/finish straight. For Supercar or Softtop Sunday the display cars snake around a much larger part of the circuit. If the weather is good it will be extremely busy Sunday.Gassing Station | Goodwood Events | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
