Will agree with the comments on the forum, possibly one of the best Revival's to date complimented by amazing weather, but the car parking and marshalling was shambolic this evening. Almost 1hr 30 mins in stationary traffic trying to exit the GRRC car park marshals just clueless and why the hell is all traffic being directed to the A285 ! Surely the use of 3 exit points ( as used previously ) would have eased the traffic.

Goodwood comments welcome as usual

Interesting, after the last race we spent an hour or so 'Over the road', left about 8ish, drove straight out, no delay at all.

Hmmm we were parked in the GRRC car park by Woodcote. Left after the last race and had no real issue with the traffic, we weren't stationary at all, we went up past the racecourse and out on to the A286.

Only really hold was the usual muppets who seem unable to drive above 40mph in a 60mph zone, brake for EVERY corner; and unaware of the open road in front and queue of traffic behind!!

GRRC car park for me too yesterday - left after the last race and an amble round the paddock for 1 last time, leaving about half six-ish with about 5 cars in front, straight on to the road up to the racecourse, 2 lanes filtered into 1 with the usual berk in an X reg Audi not merging in turn and thinking that he owns the road, cones and everything else... was the easiest 'escape' from any Goodwood FoS / Revival for ages. Well done everyone!

Not limited to Audi drivers I'm afraid - another total berk in a pale blue MGB with a GRR ** C
number plate, did a similar thing at the time I was leaving, and at a stupid speed rolleyes.

I arrived at 7.30 am yesterday and left at about 7.00pm in the evening, had absolutely no problem getting in or out. If fact I had a most sprited run back right from the gate to the A3 with GT40, a Ferrari 275GTB an XK120 and a Cobra, a perfect end to a perfect day

the most amazing bit of driving was from a driver in a blue Ferrari 265? this morning on a packed A27 which was crawling along and he decided he would make a third lane right down the middle!! he got quite a lot of abuse smile although I d wonder if he was supposed to be driving at the revival
