I think it's a good idea.

No hassle queuing behind credit card punters, no cash changing hands, no chance of Lord March losing money if the weather turns nasty.

Yep, will be there on Sunday. smile Really looking forward to the whole weekend, popping down to Brighton on Satuiday so we can make a nice early start for Sunday.

Not going in the TVR though

I've got four tickets for the Sunday - Dad and I are both taking friends... he'll be heading down in the Jensen, I'll be in the Stag.

Unfortunately they're both too new to qualify for the classic car park frown

Considering it sells out to capacity I can't see what else they could do. It would be carnage for people to tuen up and not be allowed in because it's sold out.

So £100 million in the TOP picture, the bottom one, I have no idea! They reckon £600 million pounds worth of cars there this weekend !

all the 250 GTOs are rated at £20million each so theres roughly £300million worth of GTOs alone.

It's mornings like this morning I love commuting (sadly in the other direction) on one of the main roads towards Goodwood (A272) on an event morning/weekend. Some fabulous and eclectic mix of cars passing me this morning cloud9

Well I'm just back from my first ever day at the Revival and I'm stunned. It's absolutely the best event I've ever been to.
The cars are all incredible whether they're in the punters car park, the classics car park or the show itself let alone the ones on the track and in the paddock.

The track events are phenomenal too. Sadly I'm missing the first race which is on as I type because of some dinner plans but I'm back for both Sat and Sun.

Then there's the air displays. I've never seen the classic aircraft flying before and its such a delight to see them perform! Wonderful sounds too!!!

Finally, the general feeling of the event is superb. Virtually everywhere you look there's a piece of history or throwback to a bygone era. Also the percentage of visitors that have made max effort to look the part is brilliant.

Right, off for a bath and then dinner. It'll be a long day tomorrow!!!
