Camping / Car Parking FOS 2012

With a clear thought on the poor souls who went to the Isle of Wight recently.

How water logged are the fields used for camping? If at all? With a thought to the normal ones used for parking.

Does anyone know? Will I get away with bringing something impractical (think 1 to maybe 1 1/2 inches of ground clearance) or will a normal car be a better bet or indeed should i be thinking more knobbly tires 4x4?

Hey,I live 5 miles away and on the same type of ground and my camping fields are fine and solid so you shouldn't have any probs.
