This photo was taken at Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2009. In the programme, it says it is a Maserati 8C 3000 1932 3.0-litre 8-Cylinder. But the picture in the programme for car number 42, doesnt look like this car. I think it is a Maserati or is it an Alfa Romeo.

Hi Helen,

The description of the car is correct in the programme. The image used in the programme is of the car in Le Mans trim in period (with mudguards and lights) and when it was displayed at the FoS, it's wings and headlamps had been removed.
