Im hoping Lord March does come on PH from time to time.

If not the bastion and savour of all things manly and cool (What did we do before FOS I ask myself) then maybe one of his henchmen could pass on the requests of a simple man with simple needs to experience the delights of what I'm about to mention below.

So here is my question to you Sir.

For next year's FOS can you please please please get a Lancia Delta S4 ECV (The 800bhp monster) Only one made, comes in red, sucks up small children and animals if standing too close, you know the type!!!

And to compliment that I think a Ferrari F50 GT Race car for the aural and visual pleasure alone.

From the biking world a Honda 250 6 cylinder because I haven't heard one for a few years and I'm getting withdrawal symptoms. I also believe that the F1 machinery need a run for there money with sheer un adulterated angry noise the 250 6 needs to be heard!!!!

If you could do your best to arrange all 3 I think we would be forever grateful, well I definitely would be. Ohh go on Lord March its a lovely day birds are singing, warblers wablering, hedge hogs nibbling etc etc I rest my case.

Thanks very much

PS anyone else who has a wish list feel free to type away, its Christmas soon, maybe it could be the PH Christmas wish list for 2012.

Yes, and can your people speak to Michael Schumacher's people.
It would be nice to see him at the FOS.

I cannot see Michael Schumacher coming to FoS.... It would be GREAT if he did. But I cannot see it.

IF Michael Schumacher does come to FoS, I cannot see it in the near future. It would be in ten to fifteen years time. Once he has retired etc.

As I would LOVE Alain Prost come to FoS, but he has never come.

I too would love to see Schumy @ FOS, I wonder if Lord March has a better relationship with Mercedes than he has with Ferrari, and if so if this could help? No idea, pure speculation on my part.

I think this has been covered before

Apparently it was down to the level of Michael's fee that they dont have him attend

I'd never considered the fact that guys like the F1 drivers would be paid to go to FOS. Is that a general thing? Who gets paid what?

I seem to recall a comment on here a couple of years ago that Mansell was paid a large fee to attend.

It would be nice if the people at Goodwood could organise a little tribute to Dan Wheldon next year.

My list of ideas:

Dan Wheldon Tribute
F1 Racers Kart Race - like the old Paris Bercy 90's race
Lancia 037
Lancia ECV
Japanese drift visitors - D1GP etc
Japan GT500
A380 flyby

I did see Ralf Schumacher a few years back on one stand or another- the MC was trying to whip up the crowd- Ralf came on stage like a rock star and there was a collective, "Where is your brother?"

I fear that is as near as we'll get!

IMO if a driver requires to be paid to attend either FOS or Revival, then I wouldn't even invite him/her.

I asked Herbie Blash to have a word with RB and MS. We'll see, but i doubt it TBH

If MS was confirmed, i'd bet that FOS 2012 would sell out very quickly, especially if they managed to get him into a early 2000 Ferrari and the 2011 Mercedes GP car for a demo run.

Why ever not. The whole event is a business not a charity fund raiser. If inducements are required to make the show, then so be it.
