Parking

Does anyone know if the parking for the Thursday MMS is in the bottom field 'near' the start / finish line or the field closest to the F1 and Rally Paddock?

Last year was north east of the roundabout just past the car race circuit so you walked around a golf course to end up sort of near the manufacturer pavilions (which is nearer the start I guess)

Makes sense I suppose, as it's closer to the MMS part of the FoS. It's a fairly long walk from that carpark to the parts I am more interested in but hey, its hopefully going to be a pleasant day weather-wise so can't grumble

I'm a member so I get slightly better parking but not by a huge amount.

Parking today wasnt as bad as last year The trek from the car park to the gate was the same length, but they had organised it better so the flow was smoother.

Did you manage to get to drive anything?

i didn't but asked a few of the manufacturers but were all booked, mind you i was standing next to the F1 lotus when they fired it up, also only the R8s and the 599 were attempting fast runs up the hill.
the motorcross bikes were superb

I managed the R8 and Fabia vRS, not bad going. Wasn't allowed to go too hard though

No stickers required at all.

IMO gate 1, at about 630 is the place to be.
