Turn signals

Good day everyone... I have a 90 Esprit SE and and experiencing the right turn signal blinking very fast and the signal indicator in the dash is not coming on for the right side , left side is normal . Also there are 2 bulbs in the front marker lights and the right inside bulb is out but not blown. I switched bulbs and it works in the left side. Has anyone come across this before. It started last year with the dash indicator not coming on for right side but flashed normal. Now it is something worse. Hope it is not wiring in the steering column ... Help!

My dash lights rheostat went bad to the point that not only do I not have dash lights but the right side turn signals and parking lights will go out if I turn the knob. The electrical diagrams of the car confirm that when The left rheostat shorts the right side lights go out.
i.e., replace the dash light dimmer rheostat( the left one for the binacle, the right one for the center consol.
