HC ESPRIT advice needed
Discussion
Hi I'm new to the forum, I was hoping someone could give me some advice as I have been looking around for an Esprit, I noticed this one on Pistonheads from Essex which looks good and a more than fair price for the condition.

While looking on another Classic site unless my eyesite deceives me the same car is listed in Staffordshire for over double the price on Classic cars for sale or am I mistaken.

Does anyone know anything about this car and could give me some advice, I also read somewhere the Esprit is not a comfortable car for tall drivers, I'm 6' 2"? Many thanks.

You looking for a non Turbo option? There's a few of the guys on here that have one or tother, but that black one looks a peach. Its been up for sale for a while so don't be afraid to bid them if its the right car for you!

That black one was for sale about a year ago in Manchester. It was eventually sold through a classic car auction.
I gave the car a pretty thorough inspection, but haven't driven it. It is in excellent condition, but is certainly not concours. There are a few blemishes in the paint and the interior has a few marks. The engine bay is a bit untidy.
It is a very nice car, but for £15,000 I would expect absolute perfection in a N/A S3 HC. I suspect it will be for sale for a long time at that price.
