i got a destroyed Impeller.Is it possible that this is the reason for misfire and a fault on my memory(#42).

No code 42 means you could have a coil pack gone check it out.not because of the charge cooler pump.

Have a look at the wiring that goe's to it make sure the contacts are all ok and clean.
