Sport 300 in for C service
Discussion
Took my car into SJ Sports cars on monday morning for a 'C' service and MOT.Had a great drive down on the Sunday from sheffield (227 miles), car ran sweet as a nut.
Anyway was anticipating a 3 day turnaround, but got a call to say that they had dicovered a crack in the exhaust manifold, new manifold required - bugger!. The car is also having a sports cat fitted (previous owner removed original) and because the baffles in the sports exhaust are rattling im having a new back box and also a fuel tank breather pipe replaced. While doing this they are going to get the turbo checked, because it too was making a slight noise, might as well while the manifold is off.

I use SJ Sportscars for most of my Esprit parts.
Steve is really helpful and their delivery is always quick.
It is a shame they are a million miles away, otherwise I would use them for the cambelt services.
When I win the lottery I am going to buy a knackered S2 JPS Esprit and have them do a concours restoration for me.
