86 ESPRIT TURBO INJECTION PROBLEMS

HI GUYS,
I HAVE A MECHANICAL WORKSHOP IN SYDNEY AUSTRALIA & I'VE BEEN REPAIRING ABOUT 5 OR 6 LOTUS ESPRIT TURBO'S FOR THE PAST 3 OR 4 YEARS & I'VE RUN INTO TROUBLE WITH THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM ON A 1986 ESPRIT TURBO WITH A KE JETRONIC SYSTEM AND WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU GUYS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE?
THE PROBLEM IS ERRATIC RUNNING OF THE FUEL CONTROL ON THE CAR.I HAVE REBUILT THE FUEL DISTRIBUTOR & THE WARM UP REGULATOR,ALL THE FUEL PRESSURES ARE TEXTBOOK,THE IGNITION SYSTEM IS GOOD,THE IGNITION VALE IS GOOD,THE VACUUM CONNECTIONS ARE GOOD,THE TUBOCHARGER IS REBUILT BY GARRET,THERMOTYME,WARMUP SWITCH,TPS,INJECTORS,ETC,ETC,ETC.
THE CAR COUGHS & SPLUTTERS THROUGH THE INTAKE (SENSOR PLATE)& YOU CAN SET UP THE FUEL CURVE & THE CAR RUNS GREAT,YOU GO FOR A DRIVE & IT FLYS,THEN OUT OF THE BLUE IT GOES VERY RICH & RUNS TERRIBLY.THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE FOUND IS THE VACUUM SUPPLY TO THE IGNITION SOLENOID,THERMAL VALE ETC IS BELOW SPEC 12-13IN/HG,SHOULD BE 18IN/HG.
ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
P.S.I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A BLACK 96 S4 THAT WE HAVE MODIFIED & IT MADE 249HP AT THE TYRES ON THE CHASSIS DYNO,APPROX 330HP AT THE FLYWHEEL! I HAVE CUSTOMERS WITH MODIFIED SUBARUS WRX"S & MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO'S & THE LOTUS RUNS RINGS AROUND THEM.
