Lotus Esprit 350 Sport #000

I use to own a Esprit 350 sport, number 000, which was S***Scl. I had it from Kings of Warwick in 2000 until 2002.

Does anyone know where the car is ?Who the owner is?

Would love to buy another 350 sport, but off course owning my old car would be great.

Any info would be great.

Hi David,
Have you tried www.sport350.co.uk it list the 'current owners' (may be out of date). Also the best Esprit related website/forum is www.lotusespritforum.com . You may find the owner uses the forum.

My friend is selling his mint S350 for £25K OVNO with only 18K on the clock.
He's not advertised it yet so give me a bell on [e-mail]
He used to own two V8's but I've just sold his 02 one to a friend of mine. I think he's looking at an Aston Martin Vantage.

David, my brother owns and is selling the car you are enquiring about. This was the pre production model number 00 and was used at the motor show I believe. Let me know if you are still interested in buying it back.

That was the ex-press car? JK (jamiroquai) and all of the magazines drove that one..

I saw it for sale back in (guesing?) 2003 near leamington. Looked ok given the abuse it probably had up to that point.

It also came to a few of the oxford/LEW meets IIRC. The last time i saw it, it was being run by an asian guy cant remember his name sorry - he'd had a red gt3 previously with a private plate. when he bought the 350 he put the private plate on it, and put the (famous) S***SCL plate on to the gt3. The 350 had been fitted with an 02 style rouhd rear light panel also at that time.

As owner of #3, I too agree. I like keeping the beast original. But just between us, I wish it had the more modern rear panel and twin exhaust of the final edition models. It simply looks great.

Yes, saw the car a few years back and always wondered why someone did that. When I had it, it still had the original Toyota lights! Also the carbon fibre spoiler had been changed, they had taken the carbon off! Still love the esprit 350 though!

I looked after 007 for 3 months earlier this year and covered 3,000 glorious miles. It's a great car, factory fresh still
