Shimming the body to fit the chassis, how do i do it?

ive had my body ready to go on the chassis for a while now but read that the pair need to be shimmed to fit properly, can anyone enlighten me on this process?

If its anything like the Europa its just some washers. I cant remember what bits you have to measure though.
