My £6000 Esprit now £1500!

Someone drove into my door whilst it was open and my insurance company are in the process of offering me a settlement rather than writing the car off.
The car is currently on the market for £5,995:

The car is currently at a garage in Nottingham and I am looking for someone to take it off my hands for £1500 beore they start charging a holding fee in 24 hours.

Sorry to hear this no SE is worth that little IMO. Try and get it fixed up and back on the road, im gutted for you 
Get some quotes from various shops and present your insurer with the real facts. You should be commanding more than 6K pounds for a nice SE anyway, why so cheap?? If I had the spare cash id take it off you in a flash and import it. Well sorted SE's here can fetch for as much as $50K NZD !!!! Otherwise they happily sell in the region of 35 - 40K NZD.
