Had mine replaced as it cracked only a couple of months ago, SW lotus did it & due to a stud sheering off for a hour it was touch & go if they couldnt remove it & had to take the engine out... which would have then ment new clutch, cam belt, fuel tanks...having problems with the exhaust manifold(broken stud)on no 2 cylinder,how hard is it to take manifold off n replace studs dont expect them to come easly any tips or advise would be mutch appreciated thanks....
As always theres lots of info on LEW & try a searh on Stevens section of Esprit Forum, lots of info there. Superdavelotus at PNM Engineering knows his stuff & changed his a while ago. He's your guy for tips mate.
