I'm doing one of these Rallies Through Western Europe later in the year and was wondering where I could get a list of Lotus dealers or mechanics that operate across the water.( Just in case !)

Maybe via Lotus themselves?

I'm looking at Mid- Southern France, Northern Italy, Switzerland & Monaco area.
