How to remove this body part

Can anyone tell me how the back deck lip is attached? It is the lip spolier pirce that runs accross the end of the car above the tail lights. I see the bolts in the picture but wanted info from someone with personal experience. Is it just those 2 bolts? Is there any weather sealing holding it on too?
