Well, next week anyway.
Quaife limited slip diff
New casing
taller final drive (199 mph)
closer ratio five gears
uprated strength input and output shafts
new everything else.
All done in under two weeks with constant feedback and advice.
I hope I like it and think I will. I will report back.

A bit more. Quaife is about 700 plus VAT and standard input shaft is £800 plus VAT. Second gear alone is £400 plus VAT. To give you a clue, to fix it with Lotus parts would have been over £5,000, so better to buy a new 'box! See "eyewipe for her indoors"
