I have sent several reminder emails and still nothing from Lotus and the parts sale is LONG past.
THEY SUCK...

Have you given them a call?

Do they suck because you've just been offered some parts at incredible discounts, or because it's been less than 2 weeks since you ordered and they've not arrived? What's the usual lead time for parts from Lotus Cars where you live? Less than 2 weeks?

they suck because they do not reply to emails....

it is -20 here and dead of winter.. no hurry for parts..
but the electronic messages travel at the speed of light.. there is no excuse for their abysmal customer service.
They have a public obligation to be professional. and advertising a sale then not responding is really really low class...

Is class anything to do with it?

Who did you send your e-mail to? Was it the right place/person?

If you want to contact the right person regarding the sale and your orders you could always call the factory on 01953 608000. or contact Neil Lovelock who's head of aftersales and let your dissatisfaction be known. I'm sure he'll be happy to sort them for you.
