Andy doesn’t say much about electrical. I installed this mod, and I can tell you that I had a tough time finding a good ignition-switched power source in the engine bay. Truth of the matter, this being a computer controlled car, I didn’t want to tie into a source that might cause problems. So, I chose to bring in a power source from the front of the car. I found an empty (ignition-switched) socket in the fuse box that is located in the front bonnet over the vicinity of the steering wheel. It’s the one with a clear plastic cover. I ran a line from that point into the passenger compartment, along the rocker panel, up the back fire wall, through the fire wall, and into the engine bay. Careful drilling through the firewall. Make sure that you know what’s on the other side before you drill. I chose a spot just above the top of the driver’s side fuel tank. CAUTION is the word if you choose this location. Good luck.

I have been told you can wire it directly to the fuel pump. Otherwise use a standard bosch 30 amp relay and use the fuel pump power to switch the relay.
