CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO GET AT THE CHARGE COOLER PUMP AND REMOVE IT,COZ IT LOOKS A BA***RD TO GET AT.
ANY POINTERS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

The one thing it does not mention is how tio easily align the tangs of the drive. With the chargecooler pump apart and the o-ring off, use the old impeller as a knob to spin the shaft until it clicks into place. Withdraw the pump straight out and mark the tang setting with a marker. After the pump rebuild set the tang and insert the pump do not use the bolt to tighten the pump until the pump has been seated. tightening the bolt with a pump not seated will cause the mounting tab to snap off and then you will be in trouble unless you know how to weld and grind.

If all you are interested in is removing the pump follow the proceedure.

CHEERS EVERYONE TOOK THE PUMP OUT TODAY,BIT FIDDLY BUT I DID IT IN THE END.MY FRIEND IS MAKING ME A PLUG SO I JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE RULE PUMP TO ARRIVE.
SHOULD GET IT BACK ON THE ROAD NEXT WEEKEND.
