Agreed, that does look like a gem! Are you finally going to buy one? If yes, see, the wait seems to have been worth it!

I consider the grammer and spelling as superior for Tennessee laugh.

People from Tennessee should be used to jokes about their state so I hope they can take a joke. The car seems fine if it is as the listing states. Time to investigate this one further if you are serious and the time is right for you to get one.

saw this also.. makes me think that the SE had the nicest lines and bumpers of any stevens model.. well except for the sport 300 of course. Whoever buys that car will be a very lucky guy.

A lucky man indeed whoever buys this one.

I'll bid on it and if turns out, it turns out. If not, it wasnt meant to be right.

I swear, everytime I read an owner has receipts totaling over 20 grand it scares the hell out of me.

Not only that, but being here in NY and he is Tennessee, I dont think it would be wise to pre-purchase a car that hasnt been inspected properly. Though I could always refuse to buy when I get there if it wasnt as described, plus the whole Ebay $20,000 vehicle purchase protection.

It has had a paint job, looks sweet though with new spray!

There are a few people in TN that can have a quick look at the car that are quite familiar with an SE. Maybe they even know the car.

The seller is on the turbo list and his name is Ron.

You really did not lose the auction as the car did not make reserve. I'm pretty sure the seller will take a reasonable offer that is fair to both owner and seller. I don't think it would be a once in lifetime deal but would be a realistic deal.

If you really are serious about the car contact the owner and make a deal.
