What boost should I have? ('97 V8)

Hi Chaps,
'97 V8...
Anyone care to suggest what the boost from the wirly fellers should be at different engine speeds?
Although I recognise previous posts hint at their lack of reliabilty, I suspect the Garretts are not boosting enough.
I have searched the tech manual but to no joy.

hello,
One thing you might want to check is the throttle cable. They are braided steel and they tend too stretch. When they stretch, the ECU notes it is not getting proper throttle and shuts down part of the boost. I can check if you need me to, just shoot me an email
