Lotus S4 In Irvine and - Anyone nearby?

Hi,
I am new to the forum here but am wondering if anyone lives near or knows anything about the S4s posted on Traderonline. There are two of them, one in Irvine CA and one in ND. I live in NC.

I would love to hear if anyone knows about these cars and can advise. One fellow local to me just picked up an SE and I can learn a lot from him, but these cars are a long way for me to look at even though I am serious about buying. Any insight would be appreciated.
