Window frame adjustment on the doors

The drivers door window frame is slightly off (dosen't sit tight against the car, rear portion only) and I'm going to attempt to adjust the way the top portion of the door sits against the weather stripping on the car and I am curious if there has been anyone else who has tried this in the past. There sems to be 6 bolts, 5 of which are adjustable.

I am looking for some sort of procedure or rule of thumb to follow when adjusting. I'm going to attempt the adjustment tonight so any words of advice would be appreciated.
